The Maritime Administration requires that to be eligible for award under this solicitation offerors must: Be holders of the MARAD Master Lump Sum Repair Agreement (MLSRA) or shall apply for and agree to the terms and conditions of the MLSRA. Offerors may accept the MLSRA with their bid; nonholders shall provide annual representations and certifications as required by the MLSRA.
