Services Nonpersonal: General laboratory services for Newark AFB OH -- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, containers, equipment, preservatives, reagents, transportation, supervision and laboratory support to perform sampling and analysis of wastewater effluent, RCRA hazardous waste, oils and hydraulic fluids, groundwater, soil boring, storm water, potable water and asbestos determination, air and bulk sampling at Newark AFB OH in strict accordance with the Statement of Work.
