This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify our office in writing of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but no later than 15 calendar days of this notice. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, this solicitation will be issued as 100% set-aside for small business concerns without further notice.
