The contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform mowing services of public use areas, dam embankment, lawn areas, and other semi-improved areas on project land; janitorial work at the project office complex; cleaning of park facilities such as toilets, picnic/camping sites, groundskeeping, and refuse collection and disposal. Contract period will be for one (1) year with four (4) option years. An advance non-refundable payment of $5.00 is required for each set of specifications.
