Air transportation services for movement of 30 passengers with personal baggage and 500 to 1000 pounds of cargo or any combination thereof up to the maximum allowable cabin load, using contractor furnish, IFR equipped, multi-engine aircraft with a minimum ACL of 7,000 pounds. Services shall be provided on an ``as required'' basis. Pilot and copilot are required on all flights. Flights will originate and terminate at Naval Station (NAS) Jacksonville FL, Naval Station (NAVSTA) Mayport FL, or Andros Island, Bahamas. Performance period will be from 1 October 1995, or date of award if subsequent thereto, through 30 September 1996, with two one year option periods and one six month option to extend performance in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-8.
