The Federal Bureau of Prisons is requesting Advanced Occupational Program Services to be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution Schuylkill, Minersville Pennsylvania. The contractor shall provide a curriculum leading to a one year certificate, or a two year Associate of Arts/Science degree. Each class session will be a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 3 hours in length, the classes will be scheduled in the evening between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. The solicitation packages consisting of specifications and scope of work will be available on June 19, 1995 with an anticipated bid opening on or about July 18, 1995.
