Provide all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to construct ASP Admin Facility at Fort McCoy, WI. Site work involves providing utilities, removal of existing security fencing, site clearing, excavation, backfilling, trenching, aggregate base course, asphaltic concrete paving, exterior portland cement paving, new chain link fencing/gates, landscape grading and seeding. Pre-engineered building will have concrete formwork and be equipped with structural steel frame, metal siding/roofing/soffit panels/gutters/downspouts, standard steel doors/frames, flush wood doors, aluminum entrances/storefronts/windows, suspended acoustical ceilings, resilient tile flooring, fire and smoke detection systems. Work also involves plumbing, heating, electrical work, and telephone service. Bidders will also be required to bid on providing bituminous pavement as an additive item which may or may not become part of the contract. Magnitude of project is between $250,000 and $500,000. 20% bid bond required. Performance time is 210 calendar days.
