Cabin shall be three bedroom, one bath type unit. Cabin shall be manufactured to H.U.D. Standards. This acquisition will be accomplished under the Two-Step Sealed Bidding method. The First-Step, the technical proposal, shall not include prices or pricing information. In the Second-Step, only bids based upon technical proposals determined to be acceptable will be considered for award and each bid in the second step must be based on the bidder's own technical proposal. The technical proposal must be received by 3:00 p.m., 26 July 1995. Project completion time is within 180 days. Magnitude of project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation will be provided in response to written requests only.
