Provide labor, materials, equipment and other services necessary to construct a 14,000 square foot C-141B Flight Simulation Facility consisting of brick veneer CMU exterior bearing walls, CMU interior partitions, bar joists and metal roof deck and a free-standing, one-story, brick and CMU building housing hydraulic pumps for the simulation equipment. An underground trench system carrying these hydraulic lines will connect into the main building serving the equipment. All of the work described above is to be performed within the confines of the Tennessee Air National Guard, Memphis International Airport, Memphis, Tennessee. Performance time is 365 calendar days. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available o/a 20 June 1995 with bid opening o/a 20 July 1995. A non-refundable cashiers check or money order (no company checks) made payable to the U.S. Treasury in the amount of $75.00 is required for plans and specifications.
