This project includes the following: (1) Utilities and electrical power will be disconnected prior to construction by the Government in the designated buildings under this porject, (2) this project requires removal of asbestos as per design, (3) asbestos abatement, handling, transporting and disposal to be done strictly as per specification to comply with EPA State regulations, (4) after asbestos removal, buildings under this project are to be demolished, hauled, and all debris is to be disposaed of, (5) the ground is to be filled, compacted, graded, leveled, seeded, etc, to control erosion ponding after demolition. Network analysis system will not be required. Estimated cost range is from $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. Cost for solicitation documents is $25.00.
