Space and Missile Systems Center, SMC/PKDG, intends to release Request for Proposal (RFP) to all interested/capable firms, for the Engineering and Construction Support Contract (ECSC). Those bidders who have already responded to our CBD announcement published 5 Apr 95, need not respond to this announcement. The ECSC will provide civil engineering program management/ project management/ funds management, general engineering, design, analysis, environmental compliance support and construction services to provide time critical, mission essential support of space/satellite ground systems and sub-systems for various Programs supported by the Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC). The anticipated period of performance is 1 September 1995 through 30 August 2000. RFP F04701-95-R-0018 will be issued on or about thirty days from date of publication of this announcement. (0153)
