The project consists of furnishing manpower, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision needed to complete tear-off and disposal of the existing Built-up four (4) ply roofing membrane and insulation in Phase 2 and 3 at the St. Louis Bulk Mail Center. Replace with a new PVC Roof membrane Rigid Insulation, Associated Flashing, and Roof Accessories. Installer: Engage as experienced Installer that has specialized in installing roofing systems similar to those required for this project. Installer must be acceptable to or licensed by the manufacturer of the primary roofing material. A company specializing in performing the work in this section, must have a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience with the manufacturer listed. Company must have been in business a minimum of 10 years. In addition, the Contractor shall have at least 20 installations similar to the one specified with manufacturer and must have had key personnel attend a qualify control seminar in the last 12 months. All other personnel must have worked for the contractor a minimum of two years and worked on at least one project with this type of membrane system. The estimated cost range is between $800,000 and $960,000. A Preproposal Conference has been scheduled for June 29, 1995, at the St. Louis Bulk Mail Center, 5800 Phanton Drive, Hazelwood, MO 63042-2487 at 9:00 A.M. in the Conference Room 216.
