Z -- REPAIR DORMITORY BUILDING 402 AT DOVER AIR FORCE BASE DELAWARE SOL F07603-95-B-8219 DUE 072595 POC Contact Sgt Tony Gallman, Contract Specialist, 302-677-5209. This project involves furnishing all equipment, supervision, labor, supplies, worker and environmental protection services and materials required to complete the work in building 402. Work includes but is not limited to demolition of the soffits and carpet, removal of asbestos, floor and wall tiles, install new floor, tile grouting and wall tiles, and install a government furnished exhaust fans in the bathroom. Replace the government furnished vanities, sinks, faucets and medicine cabinets with lights, replace the cabinets, doors and door knobs for built-in closets, install the refrigerator outlets and add a suspended ceiling in the dressing area. Spray coat the ceiling, paint the walls and the interior and edges of the entrance door, replace lighting fixtures, thermostat, communication lines, complete all framing, including the government furnished firrings, tape and finish and insulation/drywall and the wood trim and finish systems in the sleeping rooms. The contract performance period is 240 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1522. The solicitation is being considered for 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns small should, as soon as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing the contracting office above, evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern.
