This is a Presolicitation Notice for a Indefinite Quantity contract to furnish all labor, transportation, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform asphalt concrete overlay work, patching, raising valve boxes and manholes, the installation of drainage pipe, priming, asphalt sealing, mucking, grassing, the removal and replacement of concrete pavement, curb and gutter and drainage structures for maintenance. Also the new construction of asphalt and concrete roads, parking areas, ramps and walkways to include stabilized base, compacted subbase and related excavation, grading, compaction, drainage structures, piping curb and gutter, and incidental related work. Contract duration will be one year. Minimum cost of contract $30,000.00 with a NOT TO EXCEED amount of $500,000.00. The procurement listed herein is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the Contracting Officer listed above no later than June 20, 1995 evidence of capability to perform. Include performance and credit references, former contracts of similar size and complexity, bonding capability, and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. Even if you have sent evidence of SDB eligibility on a prior contract, you must submit documentation that will become part of this solicitation file.
