The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement to repair and restoring original grading elevations, installing geotextile fabric, excavation from borrow, excavation for foundations and trenches, gravel surfacing, riprap, and soil applied herbicide; concrete foundations, cable trench, and oil containment; galvanized steel structures; installing Government-furnished reactor and power circuit breaker; furnishing and installing disconnect switch, ground connections, conduit, and insulated conductors and cables. All the items will be for delivery FOB destination. There will be only one award made from this solicitation. Therefore, all bidders must submit their bids on an 'all or none basis'. The solicitation will be issued on double-sided, high-density DOS-formatted 3.5-inch floppy diskettes. The IFB and specifications are formatted using WordPerfect 5.1.
