This is a Presolicitation Notice for an indefinite quantity contract to furnish all labor, transportation, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform repair of deteriorated roof sheathing, fascia boards, rafters, purlins, cant strips, trim, gutters, roof drains, associated flashings, insulation, metalwork and install built up roofing, asphalt shingles, performed metal roofing, modified bitumen roofing, ethylene propylene diene monomer (epdm), single ply roofing and miscellaneous roof repairs as listed in the schedule of indefinite quantity work. Contract duration will be one year. Minimum cost of contract $50,000.00 with a NOT TO EXCEED amount of $1,750,000.00. The procurement listed herein is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the Contracting Officer listed above no later than June 20, 1995 evidence of capability to perform. Include performance and credit references, former contracts of similar size and complexity, bonding capability, and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. Even if you have send evidence of SDB eligibility on a prior contract, you must submit documentation that will become part of this solicitation file.
