Construct Addition to Conforming Storage Administration Building 553, Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, California. The work includes the furnishing of all materials, labor and equipment to construct an addition to the conforming storage administration building 553, complete and ready for use. The new 50' x 30' addition, located at the east end of existing building 553, shall be a construction with solid grouted concrete block walls, interior partitions to provide three offices and a breakroom, steel joists, metal deck and standing seam roofing, to match existing building. The new addition will require new A.C. pavement, grading, excavation, backfilling, extended parking lot with space for handicapped persons. The new addition will be provided with cooling and heating system, fire protection system (to existing building and new addition), energy conservation lights, electrical outlets, LED exit lights, and incidental related work. This is a Firm-fixed price contract. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 26 June 1995 until supply is exhausted.
