N68711-93-B-2029. The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing
all labor, approved materials, equipment and supervision necessary to
replace the roof and floor tile throughout building 24100. Part A
involves removal of existing roofing, flashing and asbestos containing
material to include their proper disposal and the repair of insulating
concrete deck, installation of a new roof system, relocation of
mechanical ducts and incidental related work. Part B involves removal
of existing VCT, base and carpet, (the mastic contains asbestos; treat
mastic and floor tiles as hazardous materials,) and the installation
of new vinyl and rubber flooring fluid, applied flooring, base and
carpet and incidental related work. Bid opening is tentatively
scheduled for 2:00 pm local time, 25 July 1995 at Building 22101, MCB,
Camp Pendleton, CA. S.I.C. Code is 1522, ''General
Contractors-Residential Buildings, Other Than Single Family.'' The
estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
Estimated time for completion is 120 days. All responsible sources may
submit a bid and it shall be considered. A limited supply of plans and
specifications will be available on a first come, first served basis,
approximately 23 June 1995 and can be requested in person, by mail or
by facsimile at (619) 725-8210 until the supply is exhausted. Telephone
