The work shall include some replacement of valves and pressure- reducing stations. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1711. The small business size standard is average annual receipts of a concern and all affiliates over the preceding three fiscal years cannot exceed $7 million. Period of performance for completion of the project is one hundred fifty (150) calendar days. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is unrestricted. Estimated range of the project is $250,000 to $500,000. Award is subject to availability of funds.
