Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, devices, administration, supervision and transportation necessary to provide a slurry seal surface on the existing roads and parking lots surfaces, and to provide striping on these surfaces according to the specification package and drawings. This project shall also consist of the installation of trench drains to alleviate water accumulation problems on the pavement surfaces and the raising of catch basin and manhole cover plates. The project shall consist of the following 3 Additive/Deductive Areas: 1) Parking Lot #5; 2) Parking Lot 10; and 3) Buildings 3, 108, 109, 111 Parking Lots at Newark AFB OH in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings for Project NEW 900029 -- The work shall be completed within 120 calendar days after contractor receives the Notice To Proceed -- Plans and specifications are available for inspection without charge upon receipt of a written request.
