The work includes furnishing all labor, transportation, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to: (1) Construct one softball field complex to include renovating the existing non-regulation ASA softball field to comply with ASA regulations, replacing existing backstop, relocating and fabricating permieter fencing, constructing new chainlink fence dugouts with benches, providing new bases, pitchers mound and home plate, providing new seeded sports turf, providing water service lines and irrigation sprinkler system and renovating power distribution system, and relocating existing poles and overhead lighting. (2) Construct new reinforced masonry construction snackbar/restroom facility complete with sanitary sewer system, water and plumbing, toilet and bath accessories, and electrical utilities to support personnel utilizing the ball field complex. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Firm fixed price type contract. Period of performance is 220 days from award date.
