Scope of work consists of, but is not strictly limited to, removing all entry double storefront doors on floors 5 through 10, 12 through 20, 22 and 26, also the single doors on the 4th floor (all tenant space). Replace with new medium Stile Aluminum storefront double doors and hardware. The completion time for this project is One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days from notice to proceed. Estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Funds are not available for the project at this time. Specifications will be available on or about June 27, 1995.
