C. Nix Federal Building and Courthouse in Philadelphia, PA. The renovations include 19,131 square meters throughout the six floors of the office and courts support space, renovation of historic system modifications. Also included is the construction of a 15 vehicle, first floor parking facility as well as complete new space buildout for the National Archives. Door hardware will be replaced and made ADA compliant and hazardous materials (ACM and LBP), will be removed and abated. The estimated cost is more more than $10,000,000. This procurement is being issued under full and open competition basis. The SIC Code for the project is 1542. This announcement also constitutes the synopsis of the Pre-Invitation Notice.
