The project consists of furnishing manpower, materials, and equipment necessary to perform three primary areas of work plus other miscellaneous details. The largest element is removal of the existing roofing down to the deck and installing a new roof over several layers of insulation. Associated work includes new drains, overflow scuppers, metal panels at parapet walls, flashings, etc. Replace existing gypsum board soffits with new metal soffits. Clean a portion of the brick exterior, plus tuckpoint all deteriorated mortar joints and reseal all existing exterior sealant joints. The estimated cost range is between $280,000 and $320,000.
