Palatki Day Use Area Rehabilitation, Coconino National Forest, Flagstaff, Arizona. This project consists of rehabilitation of utilities, parking lot grading and surfacing, and minor trail construction at Palatki Day Use Area. Includes replacing water, electric, and telephone lines; relocating well control equipment in a new building; adding new pressure pumps, filter, and storage tank; new RV pad and utilities; grade existing parking lot and place surfacing; construction of a shot segment of cement-soil treated trail. The project site is approximately 10 miles northwest of Sedona, Arizona, at the Red Canyon Ranch. From Sedona, travel north and west on Dry Creek Rd (FD 152C), north on Forest Rd 525 to FD 795, veering north to the end of the road at Red Canyon Ranch. Estimated start work date is August 15, 1995. A show-me trip will be held on June 29, 1995, at 10:00 a.m., meeting at the Sedona Ranger District, 250 Brewer Road, Sedona, Arizona. Issue date is June 15, 1995.
