Magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance time per building is 120 calendar days. This acquisition is being considered as a 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns provided sufficient interest is received within ten calendar days after publication of this notice. Written requests for solicitation documents must include a summary of experience with this type of roofing system, must indicate capability to obtain performance and payment bonds, and must clearly identify the requestor as an SDB firm. In the event sufficient interest is not received, this acquisition will be completed under full and open competitive conditions.
