Work will involve demolition and disposal of booths, vinyl floor tile, light fixtures, lay-in ceiling system, wall covering, masonary and plaster walls, steam heat convectors, heating and air conditioning system, manual door, automatic door and window units. New construction will involve installation of masonary and plaster walls, metal stud and gypsum board partitions, glass block walls, manual doors, heating and air conditioning system, installation of government-provided booths, lay-in ceiling system, lighting system, paint, wall covering and vinyl composition tile floor system. This project is in two phases; phase one is 60 days for submittal approval and acquisition of materials; phase two is 30 calendar days for actual construction. It is imperative that the Canteen Service not be out of service for longer than 30 days; liquidated damages are included in this solicitation. Solicitation package will be available o/a 6/22/95; bid opening o/a 7/25/95. Forty sets will be available and will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
