Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate with Hughes Missile Systems Company (HMSC), P.O. Box 11337, Tuscon, AZ, 85734-1337, for the manufacture of spare TOMAHAWK Missile Composite Capsule Launching Systems (CCLS).
