The Army intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract for up to 5400 C/VAM modules with a 100% option. Award will be made on a best value basis. The US Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) has established an Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) to provide electronic transmittal of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitation for Bids (IFBs) from government to industry.
