the U.S. Government's Cooperative Threat Reduction Program to provide
assistance to the states of the former Soviet Union. Specifically,
this effort is to procure thirty-six (36) vehicle radiation detection
instruments for the detection of nuclear material (to include natural
uranium, highly enriched uranium and weapons-grade plutonium). These
instruments will be used at border checkpoints in the Republic of
Belarus. Anticipated delivery schedule is six (6) systems to be
delivered sixty (60) days after contract award and the remaining thirty
(30) systems to be delivered one hundred twenty (120) days after
contract award. All requests for the solicitation must be in writing,
