A cost plus fixed fee contract is contemplated. Basic contract period of performance is twelve (12) months including the final report. The period of performance including all options is fifty five (55) months including the final report. This procurement is unrestricted and all responsible sources will be considered. Technical and cost proposals are due at DNA/AM1, Attn: Sandy Bednoski, no later than 1600 hours local time 7 Jul 95. Four copies and one original of the technical and cost proposals must be provided. The technical and cost proposals are limited to 40 pages. Multiple awards are not contemplated. The Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the supplemental package.
