The contract will require the contractor to supply telephone equipment for the basic contract period of performance only on a fixed-price, brand name or equal basis and telecommunications support services on a cost-plus-fixed-fee basis for the basic period of performance as well as the four one-year option periods of performance. Required support services are evaluation, design, install, rearrange, deinstall, restore, and repair of various data and voice cabling systems and to install, rearrange, deinstall, restore, train and repair various telephone instruments and common equipment on a CDC-wide basis.
