Two (2) Time and Materials contracts award fee provisions are contemplated for emergency response services for removal of hazardous substances to be conducted under Sectin 311 of the Clean Water Act, as amended, including the Oil Pollution Control Act of 1990, Sectioin 104 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (``Superfund''), as amended and Subtitle I of the Resource Consevation and Recovery Act, as amended. RFP number W4-833012-F3, RRP Issue Date on or about July 7, 1995. The proposed contracts will each include a minimum of $100,000 of cleanup work and a maximum to be negotiated. The period of peformance will be one yaear with four-one yer options. The contractors will provide needed cleanup equipment, personnel, materials and other resources to accomplish containment, coutermeasures, cleanup, mitigation, restoration, transportation and disposal of hazardous substances releases in EPA, Region III (Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia and District of Columbia). This procurement will result in two contract awards with response coverage for the eastern and western portions of the Regin (Route 81 is the dividing boundary). The response time required will be 48 hours. Offerors may submit proposals for one or both areas, but will be eligible for only one award. This procurement is set aside for small businesses.
