This amendment changes the contract type from CPFF Term to Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). This amendment also deletes the requirement for engineering and technical services necessary to support the operational readiness of the AN/SQS-T5/T6 Sonar Trainer Systems. Work will focus on engineering, analytical and technical services necessary to support the Kingfisher and SWAK modifications to the AN/SQS-56 Medium Range Sonar system. Raytheon Support Services Company is the designer and manufacturer of this equipment, and is therefore considered the only responsible source. See Note 22. (0156)
