The HUD Mid-Atlantic Contracting Division intends to procure Valuation and Mortgage Credit Technical reviews. The areas to be serviced may include all states located in the New England, New York/New Jersey, and Mid-Atlantic areas; all work will be assigned from the Pennsylvania State Office in Philadelphia, PA. The contractor will be required to hold valid State Appraisal licenses in every state located in these three areas. These services will be required on an as needed basis for one year, with an option to extend services for two additional one year periods.
