This action originally publicized in the CBD dated 4/19/95 was identified incorrectly as refuse removal and disposal and is corrected to read: S-Sludge Removal and Disposal, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, SC. The description of the procurement action previously contained in Block #17 is correct but is reiterated here. Provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment and transportation to collect and dispose of sewage sludge from nine (9) drying beds by means of an indefinite quantity contract. Disposal shall be at a properly permitted disposal site. Period of performance will be 01 October 1995 through 30 September 1996. This specification contains two (2) one (1) year option periods to be executed by the Government if found to be in the Government's best interest. FAR Clause 52.217-8, ``Option To Extend Services'', will be included in this solicitation. The requirement will be Firm Fixed Price. The Standard Industry Code is 4212.
