PRICE, CODE PA1, 202-433-4291 The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington DC (FISC Wash.) has a requirement in support of the Naval School of Health Sciences, Bethesda, MD. FISC, Wash intends to procure lodging (min. of 33 to max. of 37 single rooms, with some overlapping of room blocks) and conference facilities on an almost continous basis between 01 OCT 95 AND 30 SEP 96. The lodging and conference facilities must be at the same location and within a 10 mile commute by surface travel of 8901 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, MD. The conference facilities must be able to accomodate approximately 40 people in one large room. Room must have central air/heat system w/capability of adjusting room temperature, also required will be the use of various items including: audio visual support that includes one 1/2'' VHS player w/big screen color video projector or color monitor (min 45'' screen), tables w/chairs, podium w/microphone & PA system, easel stands w/white newsprint paper & markers, dry eraser board w/markers, and other related items/facilities. Secure storage for supplies and equipemnt, free local phones & capability for paid long-distance service, refreshment room convenient to conference room, free parking for students and instructiors, free continental breakfast, and 1 morning and afternoon break w/refreshments provided.
