Construct support facility for installation of a vehicle wash rack in accordance with plans and specifications. Work includes asphalt pavement demolition, installation of site utilities (to include storm drainage, sanitary sewer, oil/water separator, natural gas, water and electricity), a reinforced concrete slab on grade, asphalt paving, prefabricated rigid metal siding and roofing for covered wash bay, and a prefabricated metal building for a pump house. All utilities are available adjacent to the site. Actual vehicle wash equipment will be furnished and installed under seperate contract. (153)
