Z -- FAMILY HOUSING MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF THE U-DO-IT CENTER, FORT BRAGG, NORTH CAROLINA SOL DAKF40-95-R-0006 DUE 120195 POC Contract Specialist, SUE COURINGTON EXT 231, (910)396-4362 The Government intends to negotiate a Cost-Plus-Award-Fee contract to provide maintenance for 5,095 dwellings. These dwellings consist of 4,840 on-post family housing units, one (1) distinguished visitors quarters (Sink House), one (1) temporary residence (Fisher House), two (2) Ranger Station dwelling units, 250 off post leased housing units (Heritage Village), one (1) off post community center (Heritage Village), and associated real property for all. The contractor shall also operate the Family Housing U-DO-IT Center. The following functions are included: warehousing; receiving and responding to maintenance and repair service orders; seasonal maintenance; damaged quarters restoration; vacant quarters maintenance and repair; asbestos removal; lead based paint abatement. The period of performance is for a base year and four one-year option periods. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this procurement is 1799.
