Combat Readiness Training Center, Alpena, Michigan, plans to replace underground fuel storage tanks. The work consists of the removal of two abandoned, non-regulated underground tanks and replace nine underground tanks and associated piping. All associated work will be in accordance with local and state DNR/EPA regulations. The project will be advertised as a lump sums contract. Contractor to provide all plant, labor, materials and supervision necessary to accomplish the above described work. This solicitation is presently unrestricted, but is being considered for a Small-Disadvantaged Business set-aside (SDB). Any SDB responding to this advertisement must include a statement with their response that they are prepared to meet the requirements of FAR 52.219-14(b) (3) ``performing at least 15% of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees''.
