Work shall include sealing and modifying existing ductwork to form a leakproof system. New exhaust fans, associated controls and ductwork to be installed to convert several rooms for T.B. isolation. Existing rooftop AC/Air Handler to be removed and replaced. All work to be done in accordance with contract drawings and specifications as well as all state, local and federal codes. This project is a Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. The S.I.C code for this project is 1711. Estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000.
