This solicitation is a TOTAL SET-ASIDE FOR 51% Indian-Owned and Controlled firms and is a LABOR SURPLUS AREA-SET ASIDE. The estimated price range for this project is between $500,000. and $1,000,000. Section 7(B) of PL 93-638 (U.S.C. 450E) and 41 CFR 14-1.354 require that preference opportunities in employment and training to be given to Indian/Alaska Native Individuals and that preference in the award of subcontracts be given to Indian/ Alaska Native Economic Enterprises.
