Z -- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR KNMD 95-1003-1, REPLACE ELECTRICAL CABLE HC 1/2, HICKAM AFB HAWAII SOL F64605-95-B0023 POC HSTRELLA A. CROOM, CONTRACTING OFFICER, (808) 449-6860 Ext 306. The Air Force is seeking sources for this project which shall include but not be limited to installing new ducts and primary electric cable HC-1 and HC-2 from building 1103 to 1200, asbestos abatement and possible disposal of contaminated soils. A solicitation will be issued in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition. The estimated cost of construction will be between $500,000.00 and $1 million. Requests for the solicitation must be in writing and may be faxed to (808) 449-7026.
