PR-NO: 95-27-1000 provide a new manual engine Lathe in accordance with purchase description DGSC-jhtb-95-17-1000, dated 11 may 95, with delivery to U.S. Navy Public workscenter, Yokosuka, Japan, with a two year warranty. The award will be made as a firm fixed price contract. The required delivery is 120 days after contractaward. All machine identification, technical data and manuals shall be written in the japanese language. The Solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible business concerns may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency. The Solicitation includes dfars 252.225-7017, providing for a preference for domestic machines, I.E., those manufactured in the United States or Canada. Offers based on foreign machines will not be considered unless NO domestic machine is offered at a reasonable price and a waiver is obtained.
