The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, Ca., intends to procure under a Fixed Price Indefinite delivery Indefinite quantity type contracat, the following: Refrigeration units, single stage compressor, 7.5 H.P., air cooled, that uses refrigerant HP-62 or any other approved non ozone depleting chemical. The unit will be connected to existing 480 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle, ac power. The unit shall be capable of reaching temperature range extremes in 30 minutes from ambient conditions. Refrigeration system shall contain a dehumidifying coil to achieve the full range of relative humidity and shall control within +/- 1%. Guaranteed minimum of 1 each and estimated maximum of 5 each. Environmental chamber, nominally 8'W x 8'H x 10' L +/-6'' in any dimension. Minimum volume of 620 cu. ft. and a maximum of 700 cu. ft., stainless steel interior, aluminim exterior, floor shall support a minimum load of 100 lbs/sq. ft., 2'' diameter drain throught the aft end, steam boiler capable of providing steam to reach 100% relative humidity over the full specified temperature range within 30 minutes. Control of humidity shall be within +/-1%. The steam boiler shall have a low level water alarm as well as a sight glass level. Guaranteed minimum of 1 each and estimated maximum of 5 each. Delivered FOB Destination and installed at China Lake, Ca. 120 days after award of individual Delivery Order. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
