Western Area Power Administration has an initial requirement for 50 rack-mount breaker failure relays that are RS-232 accessible. The solicitation will also include options for 120 additional relays. The breaker failure relays will be used to protect Western's power systems should a power circuit breaker fail to trip for faults and disturbances in extra-high voltage power substations. Items will be delivered FOB Destination to Loveland, CO. This acquisition is unrestricted. All responsible bidders may submit a bid. Issue date is on or about June 27, 1995.
