Brock, (314)894-6603 Provide tracheal suction catheter kits to the VA Medical Center, St. Louis, MO, in accordance with the following specifications: Sterile, individually sealed in plastic peel-open pouch. Contents: One (1) each 16FR 5.3 PVC suction catheter with forward placed suction control valve, single looped, Delee (flat) tip, packaged separately in sterile field inner wrapper. Catheter has two opposed and staggered eyes and offset vacuum breaker with easy glide finish. One (1) pair lightly powdered sterile latex gloves, size large, in sterile field wrapper. Gloves must be positioned as top component of kit. One (1) each 110ml foil pouch or container filled with sterile physiological saline, not for injection, designed to sit upright on flat surface without spilling. One (1) each pop-up cup, plastic lined. Bid samples which conform to the specifications are required with submission of bid. Contract will be for a base period of 8/15/95 through 8/14/96, with options to renew for four additional years. Invitation for Bid will be issued 6/26/95. Bid opening date is 7/26/95.
