The government requires a minimum of a two year mail-in warranty for all PC's acquired under this acquisition. There is a possibility of multiple awards for these requirements. Any of the following brand names of equipment have been determined to be acceptable in DeCA's network testing: IBM, Dell, and Gateway are acceptable for all configurations unless specific items are identified. Vendors may offer models of equipment from one, or more than one, of the above listed manufacturer's, that meet the specifications to satify this requirement. Shipping points include all DeCA stores, regions and Headquarters locations. PC's destined for overseas locations shall be shipped to a CONUS container consolidation point within the Continental United States. The total ordering period for these PC's shall not exceed 24 months to include the exercise of all options. This requirement is unrestricted.
