A -- EUVE GUEST OBSERVER PROGRAM SOL NRA 95-EUVE-04 POC Phyllis McNatt, Contract Specialist, (301) 286-9403. This is a notice of intent to issue NASA Research Announcement (NRA) 95-EUVE-04 on or about June 22, 1995. NRA 95-EUVE-04 solicits basic research proposals for participation in the NASA program to acquire scientific data from the Extreme Ultraviolet Explorer (EUVE) of pointed observations for: 1) Spectroscopy investigations, and 2) Imaging/photometry investigations with deep-survey or scanner telescopes. Observations will be carried out for an 11-month period beginning February 1996. The EUVE is a NASA Explorer-class satellite mission devoted entirely to observations in the extreme ultraviolet (EUV) wavelength range from 70 A to 760 A. Participation in this program is open to all categories of organizations, domestic and foreign, including educational institutions, profit and nonprofit organizations, NASA Centers and other Government agencies.
