The 374th Contracting Squadron is seeking sources capable of constructing, installing, operating and maintaining a cable television system under a franchise agreement. The government requires a system capable of delivering the entire VHF and FM spectrums and selected portions of the UHF spectrum and audio broadcast of local AM and FM radio stations. The government desires a minimum of 50 channels, to include public, educational, and government access channels, the retransmissionof locally broadcast television signals and other appropriate services. All cable television programming must be in the United States NTSC television format. The franchisee must comply with the Federal Communications Commission's cable television rules and regulations, including those set forth in 47 CFR Part 76.
